JAMES BARON (Attorney) My law practice is dedicated to improving the lives of special needs children and their families. My focus is on two primary areas: Education Law and Special Needs Estate Planning. In the area of Education Law, I represent students and parents to resolve education-related legal disputes as quickly and inexpensively as possible. I have successfully helped clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire address a wide variety of school issues, including special education and discipline. Clients range from pre-Kindergarten through Graduate School. In the area of Special Needs Estate Planning, I help parents to ensure that their children are properly taken care of now and well into the future.
